STUDENTS ACHIEVEMENT

CIS students brought laurels to our school with their outstanding performances in the field of sports.

Sharvin Badve (Grade 9) Chess
• Gold Medal in 36th National (U – 14 Boys ) Boys & Girls Chess Competition held at Hyderabad.
• 11th rank at Maharashtra (U – 13 Boys) FIDE Chess competition 2023.
• Won Double Trophies by securing 1st Prize in the U -13 & U- 14 category in Chess Competition organized by 'NSCI Chess Championship' at Worli, Mumbai. He won 9 matches out of 10.

Avni Yadav (Grade 1) Swimming
She secured a Gold Medal in the breaststroke 50 meters at the Asian Open Swimming Championship, 2025 in Bangkok, Thailand! Setting a record time of 55 seconds is an impressive feat, especially at such a young age. Individual championship trophy - within 7years girls age. Most outstanding Athlete Trophy with 7 Gold Medals and 1 Silver Medal.

Neel Barke (Grade 8) Fencing
• Saber - 2nd rank & Epee – 3rd rank in Interschool District level Fencing (U–14) Competition Organized by Pune District Sports Office (DSO)

Shravanee Nikam (Grade-9) Artistic Gymnastics
Silver Medal (uneven bar) in Artistic Gymnastics (U–14 Girls) organized by CBSE Cluster National at Chitrakoot International School, Ahmadnagar.

Suvidnya Dodake (Grade 9) Boxing Championship
She bagged a Gold Medal at the U-17 Girls Boxing Championship organized by the DSO (District Sports Office) on October 9, 2024 Competing against 106 participants from various schools across Pune, including Hume McHenry Memorial High School, Sir Parshurambhau College, DES Secondary School, and Modern College Shivajinagar held at Arunkumar Vaidya Stadium, Bhawani Peth in fiercely contested 46 kg weight category.

Vandit Chougule (Grade 5) Skating
• 4th rank in Road 1 lap 700 mtr. & 4th rank in Rink 500mtr. in Interschool District level Skating Competition organized by District Sports Office (DSO).
• 2 Gold medals 500 mtr. & 1000 mtr. Inline Skating Competition organized by SFA
• Silver medal in 1000 mtr. Inline Skating Competition organized by Roller skating Federation of India

Arya Solanki (Grade 8) Rhythmic Gymnastics
Won 24th place out of 230 players in Rhythmic Gymnastics also in the Hoop apperator finished 14th in CBSE Gymnastics National held at Chitrakoot International School, Ahmadnagar.

CBSE Cluster National (Gymnastics),Maheeksha Polas, Shravanee Nikam (Grade 10), Vrunda Nikam (Grade 8):
From all over India nearby 250 CBSE schools with 1750 participants were participated for Artistic Gymnastics at Chitrakoot International School, Ahmed nagar. Among all these schools our school got a 2nd rank.

Billva Jadhav of Grade 9 (Taekwondo)
bagged Silver Medal in CBSE IX Cluster Nationals in Taekwondo (U-17 Girls, Weight Below 42) at New Times International School, Lonikand. Her selection for the National Level showcases exceptional talent, perseverance, and sportsmanship.

Vivaan Vinay Bari:
Received Zonal Gold Medal, Certificate of Zonal Excellence gold medal of Distinction along with certificate.

Aastha Sumit Zawar:
Received Zonal Silver Medal, Certificate of Zonal Excellence gold medal of Distinction along with certificate.

Kashish Pardeshi (U 17 Girls) Rifle Shooting (Grade 9):
She excelled in (U-17 Girls) Pune District Sports Office Interschool Rifle Shooting (Open Sight Air Rifle) Competition, held at Dhruv Global School, Undri from 25th to 27th September 2025. securing a Silver Medal against participants from various schools like Mount Carmel, Aryans World, SPM English School and S.P. College.
